Shirley Loraine Elliott Jensen, age 89 of Flippin, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, April 2nd, 2020 at Highland Court in Marshall, Arkansas. She was born in Franklin Park, Illinois on February 22nd, 1931 to Robert "Bob" Elliott and Lucille "Lou" Reid Elliot.
Shirley was a dedicated Christian of the Presbyterian faith. She enjoyed horseback riding, water skiing and working in her yard and home. Her family was very precious to her.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Jerry Elliott; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Elliott.
Survivors include her loving husband of 60 years, Dale Jensen; two sons, Keith Jensen and wife Shannon of Marshall and Kevin Jensen and wife Wanda of Bruno; her beloved grandchildren, Kendra Jensen of Cotter, Kelsey Jensen of Salt Lake City, Utah, Kolton Jensen and wife Kimber of Flippin and Shelby Jensen of Mountain Home; sisters-in-law, Dawn Weckler, Jackie Amundson and Jeri Gjertson, all of Wisconsin and Robin (John) Blackstone of Arlington, Texas; several nieces, nephews, many other dear family and friends who will also mourn her passing.
Graveside services for Shirley will be Sunday, April 5th, 2020 at Red Hill Cemetery near Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. James Horton officiating.
