Debra Ann (Buratt) Dowden, age 63 of Harriet, Arkansas passed from this life on Tuesday, February 25th, 2020 at her home in Harriet. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 12th, 1956 to Berchie Buratt and Bessie Irene Persac Buratt.
Survivors include two sons, Daniel Wayne Myers and Donald Jefferson Myers; three grandchildren; and one brother, Kenny Buratt. Debra is preceded in death by her parents, Berchie and Irene Buratt; her husband, James Tommy Dowden who passed away in 2016; and one sister, Linda McCracken.
Cremation services are by Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas. All services will be private.
