Roxanne Marie Flowers of Bull Shoals passed away on September 15, 2022, after a short illness. Roxanne was born on June 14, 1971, to William and Marie Flowers at Hinsdale Hospital, Hinsdale, Illinois.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Marie and Dennis Gruber; brother, Dennis Gruber Jr.(Carol) and daughter, Kaylee Marie Soltis.
