In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Riverside Church of Christ, 190 Whitaker Ln., Gassville, AR 72635.
I just learned of Margarets passing today. I was one of the nurses at Gassville, Margaret was on my hall. She was a special person, always the go getter, upbeat all the time. Many a day she would be found in a room visiting with some of the other ladies who worked at Baxter Lab. As a youngster I recall going to Mary's Cafe on Highway 5 south for many a good meal. I'm not sure if Margaret was still working there then. What I am sure of is she never missed an opportunity to show me the pictures in her room. She was especially proud of the picture taken at the Lab with President Clinton by her. To her family I offer you my sincere condolences. I'll never forget her.
Prayers for you and your family. Margaret was a joy to work for. I was her nurse on 3-11pm shift in 2018-2019. She always brought joy to my shift. Whether she was worrying about having enough toilet paper for potential company or finding her daily newspaper, she always brought a smile to my face. I loved her as if she were my own grandma. I am so sorry for your loss.
