Bobby Crabb, 92, of Jonesboro, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Craighead Nursing Center. He was born in Booneville, Mississippi to Clarence and Zanie Crabb on July 5, 1930. Mr. Crabb earned his bachelor's degree in psychology at ASU. Mr. Crabb surrendered to ministry early in life. He served as Pastor for over 50 years to several churches in Arkansas and Southern Missouri. Mr. Crabb dedicated his life to serving the Lord, witnessing to those he came in contact with. He served in the U.S. Army and was an honorary chaplain for the Air Force. He was a trustee of Williams Baptist University and a member of Nail Benders. Bobby enjoyed woodworking, piloting his own plane, gardening, tinkering, camping and boating on Greer's Ferry Lake. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Sheliah Kelly; sister, Marie; grandson, Allen Brown; great grandson, Henry Havelka and son-in-law, Carl Herringer.

Survivors include, his wife of 76 years, Martha; son, Bobby (Cary) Crabb; daughter, Joyce Herringer; grandchildren, Victoria (Quinton Robbins) Perry; Lindsey (Cody) Parish, Nathan Brown, Kelsey (Kris) Havelka, Kaylee (Caleb) White and Canann Brown; great grandchildren, Allison Shelby, William Lane Parish, Aidan Crabb, Jackson White, Anora Wisley and one on the way; sister, Mildred Coleman and several extended family members.

Funeral services will be at North Main Baptist, Tuesday, December 27th at 11:00am with Bro. Tommy Stacy. Pallbearers will be Cody Parish, Kris Havelka, Quinton Robbins, Jackson Hoggard, Michael Giddings and Kasey Kemp. Burial follows at Harrisburg Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation precedes the service at 10:00am at the church.


Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Bro. Crabb and Martha were so special to my family and to me. I shall always treasure their years of service to KFBC in Kensett, AR. My thoughts and prayers are with sweet Martha, Joyce, Bobby and the rest of the family. I rejoice in knowing he is in his heavenly home with Jesus.
