Todd Odell Parnell, age 41 of England, Arkansas passed away Sunday, January 9th. He was born November 23, 1980 to Jimmy and (Late) Ruby Parnell in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Todd had a zest for life. He loved his family and friends. Most of all, he loved the time spent with the center of his world Korbin Russell Parnell of Texarkana, Texas.
Todd was preceded in death by his mother Ruby Jewell Parnell. He is survived by his son Korbin Russell Parnell, his father Jimmy Dale Parnell of Jacksonville, Arkansas, 3 sisters: Christy Blythe of Clarksville, Arkansas, Rhonda Cole (Mark) of Cabot, Arkansas and Jamie Penn (Joey) of Humnoke, Arkansas; 2 brothers: Jimmy Parnell of Clarksville, Arkansas and Christopher Mark Parnell of Jacksonville, Arkansas and his nieces and nephews: Super Ruby Penn, Haley, Logan, Lydia, Josh, Dalton and Brandon.
A memorial service will be held at a late date.

Todd passing was a shock and very sad to hear. I knew him through dialysis and he was always a light to those around him in the clinic. He was a sweet soul who will be missed. He understood the importance of laughter and we all enjoyed him making us laugh, Blessings to the family during this time of loss.
