November 25, 1945 - October 29, 2021
Dollie "Jolene" Bynum Julian was a loving daughter, mama, nene, sister, aunt and friend. She left this world October 29, 2021 in Des Arc at the age of 75. She was born November 25, 1945 to Joe Carter and Versie (Berry) Carter.
She is survived by her children;Shawn Bynum and Abriea Bynum, brother, Brooks (Judy) Carter, grandchildren; ALissa, Felicity, Zachary, Gabe, Ethan, and Eva, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by husband and father of her children, Steve Bynum and husband Michael Julian, paternal grandparents; Clarence Carter and Dollie (Roe) Vaughan, maternal grandparents; Harrison Berry and Mary Francis "Fannie" (Green) Berry.
After graduating from Stuttgart High School she worked many years for Riceland Foods. Jolene was an active member of New Salem Baptist Church and loved God with all her heart.
Jolene was well known for her beautiful smile that she always had for everyone she came in contact with.Plus her contagious laugh that would have everyone around her unable to control their own laughter. She had a strong love for her children, grandchildren and all of her family. She was always there for everyone during good times and crises.
Her joy for making ceramics was so strong that she went to so many continuing education classes that she earned a teacher's license. Almost everyone she knew has at least one piece of her art.
Jolene loved celebrating all holidays with her family, or just getting together with her family for no reason other than to share her love and have a wonderful time especially with her grandkids around.
She also loved to travel. She loved the oceans, deserts and all the way to the mountains.
Jolene will always be remembered for the abundance of love she had for others especially for her family. She loved life and lived it to the fullest with a smile on her face. Jolene will be deeply loved and missed by all that knew her. There will be a hole in many hearts that will never be filled.
We would like to thank Des Arc Nursing Home and Arkansas Hospice of Searcy for all the love and care they provided.
Visitation will be Friday, November 5,2021 at 12:30pm at the graveside and a graveside service will follow to honor Jolene's memory at 1:00pm at Fox Cemetery in Fox, Arkansas with Chaplain Ron Mallonee officiating.
The family has respectfully requested that all attendees wear a face covering.

Mama today’s your first Heavenly Birthday.
I still can’t believe that you were taken away.
Your first Heavenly Thanksgiving Day.
There’s not enough words I could ever say.
I never thought you would not be here on this day.
I already had everything planned out in my head.
How we would celebrate and I would make everything perfect.
As I always tried my best.
Instead now you’re dead, and I have no reason to get up and even get dressed.
You haven’t been gone a month.
I already miss you so incredibly much.
I can’t process never being able to feel your loving touch.
Mama you were always so happy, sweet, loving, caring and strong. The list of all the wonderful thing’s that you were goes on and on. Mama, I will never accept that you are forever gone…
