Dennis Neal Stell 75, of Shirley, Arkansas gained his wings Sunday, September 26, 2021. He was born to the late Zimry ''Jack'' and Hazerie (Neal) Stell in Bastrop, Louisiana. He was married to Mrs. Diana (Sinks) Stell.
