My sincere condolences to the family of Frances. I was her neighbor on Robin Rd from 2007 til I moved west in 2014. Such a special lady! We both loved our little dogs. She had her sweet Chuckie who went with her everywhere she went.
I learned of her passing from my friends also on Robin, Roderick and Charles. We all thought the world of Frances. She will be missed and remembered fondly.

Scott and I enjoyed many fun times with Frances and Chuck. I was honored to work with both at the Little Rock V.A. Medical Center. So sorry to learn of Frances’ passing. Guessing she and Chuck are heading to a special fishing spot hand in hand right now. Prayers!
