June 13, 1921 - March 12, 2018

Emelene C. Glover, 96, of Greenbrier passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving daughter. She was born June 13, 1921 in Atkins, Arkansas. Emelene was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and traveling. She moved 52 times all over the world with her Army spouse Frank Glover.

Emelene is survived by her daughter, Patricia Hillman, two grandchildren, Robert E. Hillman and Timothy J. Hillman, four great grandchildren, Robert D. Hillman, Tiffany R. Hillman, her beloved Miguel E. Montenegro Sr., and Heather Hill, one great great grandchild, Miguel E. Montenegro Jr., three sisters, Thersie Jones, Barbara Terry, and Patsy Earnest.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Frank H. Glover, son-in-law, William H. ''Chip'' Hillman, three brothers, Irwin, Tony and Gene, three sisters, Gertrude, Helen, and Irene.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Hospice Home care in Conway, for the wonderful care they took of Emelene.

Rosary will begin 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 15, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway, with Visitation following. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 12:00PM at the Church with Celebrants Father Alfhones Perikala and Father Charles Thessing. Burial will follow at Thorn Cemetery in Greenbrier, Arkansas.

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4

Pat and families, Jerry and I are so saddened about your sweet Mom’s passing. Even though she is not in any more pain and suffering it is still hard because you will miss her being close by. You will carry her spirit and her love for all of you until you see her again. I know your Dad was standing by and met her at Heavens gates. You are all in our thoughts and prayers, we love you all.
