So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4
With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them.
And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".

I am truly sorry to hear about Aunt Lela. I didn't know her very well, but to hear Grandpa Payne talk about her, she was a wonderful person. The family is always in my thoughts and prayers. I love each and everyone of the family, even though I don't
know them all personally.

Dear Rozelle, Freda, Frank and Family, so sorry in the loss of your mother. But you have so much to celebrate. She had a wonderful long life being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a Christian and sang God's praises all her life. She lives on in you. She was a blessing to all who knew her.

Lela took over as my Sunday School teacher around 1977 at Pine Mountain General Baptist Church when Gladys Martin was killed in a car wreck. She was a sweet lady. I still have a notebook of poems, etc. that she gave us & things she had us write.

Your family is in our thoughts & prayers. The Payne Family has meant so much to Pine Mt. Church over the years.
