Linda Chisum of Benton, AR passed away June 1, 2021, at the age of 82. She was born in Little Rock to the late Dan W. and Tressie Goss Jenkins. Linda was married to Harvey Chisum in June of 1956. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. Chisum is survived by her 4 children; Larry (Debra) Chisum, Michael (Annie) Chisum, Vicky Sicking, and Teresa (Freddy) Sicking; 9 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Linda was also preceded in death by her sister, Louise Mabel Gatrell, and brothers Bill, Bobby, Louis, and Buddy Jenkins.
Linda stayed busy with her hobbies which included sewing, fishing, camping, gardening, and cooking. Most of all, she cherished the time spent watching and being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. For many years, Linda worked for Ouachita Upholstery; she later worked with her daughter, Vicky, cleaning doctor's offices. She was a member of New Life Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation for Mrs. Chisum will be at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home, 306 S. Main, Benton, Thursday, June 3, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Her funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, June 4 at the funeral home. Linda will be laid to rest in Fairplay Cemetery, Benton, AR.

I truly miss you and dad. I know your in HEAVEN with our GREAT FATHER above, but still hurts to this day. Not a day goes by I don't think about you both and still cry. I will love you both FOREVER AND ALWAYS.
