Edward V. Larsen Jr., AKA Eddie Spaghetti, age 59, of Lancaster, California, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026. He was born on December 4, 1966, in Los Angeles, California, the son of Edward Victor Larsen Sr. and Patsy Ann (Little) Larsen.
Edward will be remembered for his love of baseball, especially his loyalty to the Dodgers, his enjoyment of Ozzy Osbourne's music, and his passion for fast cars. He was an ASE-certified mechanic who took pride in his work and the skills he had built over the years. Above all, Edward dearly loved his dog Poke, which was truly the love of his life and a constant source of companionship and joy.
He is survived by his sisters, April Hutchens of Harrison, half-siblings: Lynn, Marie, Faye, and James of California, his son, Evan Jones, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and half-siblings Cathy and Becky.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Mary Mother of God Catholic Church. A Celebration of Life will follow beginning at 2:30 p.m. at Venue 121.
