August 5, 1970 - February 26, 2026
Mrs. Shonnah A. Ramos, 55, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026, in Mountain Home.
Shonnah was born August 5, 1970, in Harrison, to Doren K. and Linda (Hammack) Pangle. She grew up with a creative spirit and a warm heart that would come to define her life and the way she touched others.
A trained beautician and cosmetologist, Shonnah proudly owned and operated her own beauty shop in Gassville for 30 years. Through her dedication, talent, and welcoming personality, she built not only a successful business but also lasting friendships with her clients, many of whom became like family. She had a gift for helping others feel beautiful and confident, always offering a listening ear along with her skilled hands.
In her spare time, Shonnah loved expressing her creativity by making jewelry and rugs. She was exceptionally talented and poured care and detail into everything she created. Whether through her artistry, her laughter, or her steadfast loyalty, Shonnah left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
She is survived by her best friend, George Lanning, whom she lovingly referred to as her ''partner in crime,'' a bond they shared for over 31 years. She is also survived by her mother, Linda Pangle; one sister, Sasha Pangle; and a host of extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Shonnah was preceded in death by her father, Doren K. Pangle.
Visitation - Celebration of Life to honor Shonnah's life will be held 5:00-7:00pm on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

I hired Shonnah back in the mid 80's @ the Dairy Queen on main street. I guessing it was her first real job since she was only 16. Good worker and fun to be around. Tim Childress can vouch for that. Best I can remember she didn't like working the Drive-Thru, only if she was asked to, and did a good job. Anyway, very sorry to see this. I'm seeing more and more DQ employees I hired in the obits. That's very depressing. They should still be with us. They are in spirit, always will be. Take care Shonnah, it was a pleasure

To Shonnah's family,
I was saddened when I learned of Shonnah's passing. She was a beautiful girl inside and out. She was my beauty operator for many years here in Gassville. She will be missed by all of those who were lucky enough to have known and loved her. Sending up prayers that you, as a family, may find peace and comfort in the support of family and friends at this very difficult time. Also, reflecting on all the many memories you have of times spent with Shonnah will help cope with the situation. Gone too soon. So young.
With deepest sympathy,
