Perry Noel Tuell, age 71 of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas passed from this earthly life on Thursday, February 5th, 2026 in Fairfield Bay. He was born in Auburn, California on May 20th, 1954 to Hubert Oid Tuell and Belle Ilene Morris Tuell.
Perry has lived in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Colorado, and Missouri. He moved back to Arkansas to enjoy his retirement days after driving a semi-truck for Yellow Freight Trucking Company. In his younger years, Perry grew up building homes in the construction industry. He was very good at drywalling the homes making it beautiful for the new owners to call their own. Perry enjoyed talking on the CB's while he was driving the trucks, and he had a base station set up in his bedroom. His CB handle is ''High Pockets''. He would make friends with anyone in the room, restaurant, or store that he would go into. Perry likes to play on the computer to keep himself busy. His kids, grandkids, and great grandkids are his world.
Survivors include his kids, Karrie and Ricky. Karrie Quinones lives in Arizona and has three children: Destanee, Gino and Noah Quinones. Ricky lives in Arkansas, is married to Melissa and has four children: Austin, Noah, Gavin, and Katy. Austin is married to Livvy and has two children: Brodi and Scout. Perry's little sister, Linda Branch is married to Donnie Branch and lives in Arizona. He also has lots of nieces and nephews.
Perry is preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Belle Tuell, and his sister, Sandra Magana.
Funeral services celebrating Perry's life will be 12:00 PM Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Harley Tuell officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 AM till 12:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in Marshall Memorial Gardens. Bearers will be Ricky Tuell, Austin Tuell, Noah Kellar, Gino Quinones, Noah Quinones and Gavin Tuell.

Oh my whole heart breaks in pieces.. i took care of him at the nursing home, and he literally became my best friend! I love you perry! Fly high my angel, fly high, and give em hell up there for me. ❤️

Perry Poo is what I always called you! You were so strong and resilient. Let’s not forget your extraordinary sense of humor!!! I will miss our talks and I will and have missed med pass since you are no longer here. I’ll always remember that we would both get distracted because you always had some car racing show on!!! This was very sad news. Perry and I had many conversations by phone over the past several years. So thankful that even though the miles separated us, the relationship remained close. Rest in peace, dear cousin.

Some great memories over our 71 yrs. 54 babies. Firsts...taking a walk down to the creek as toddlers (probably got in trouble), roller skating, airplane ride, bowling, cherry rootbeers, you doing apartments, milking machines, your one wedding, living in COS with us with Ricky and Karrie. Glad we talked after your surgery. See you again RIP Perry!

I am so sorry to hear of Perry's passing. He was always quiet, but never caused any trouble. We went to school together. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
