Tommy Jay Lewis passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026, with his beloved wife at his side. He was born to the late Orvel and Beatrice (Bea Simmons) Lewis on November 14, 1952, in Searcy, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Tom was a devoted husband who loved his family. He found joy in collecting coins, gardening, feeding and watching the birds, particularly, hummingbirds. Tom was a Christian and a member of the First Baptist Church in Clinton. He had a sense of humor and believed laughter to be the best medicine. Tom worked for Hensley Auto Supply until his retirement. He was the kind of man that looked past a person's flaws and saw the good in them. He did not judge, he only loved.
His memory will be cherished by his loving wife, Janice Lewis, sons; Christopher Lewis, David (Stephanie) Lewis, daughter, Robin (Cody) Shaver, grandchildren; Haley McCulley, Ryan Lewis, Callie, Gwen, Nora, and Miles Shaver and one great-granddaughter, Arabella Johnson.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton, Arkansas. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the funeral home Interment will follow at Clinton Cemetery.

What a wonderful friend Tom was I would see him at Hensley‘s auto for over 30 years or until he retired May God grant him eternal rest awards

My parents were Joe & Maudean Lewis and Orvel and my dad were cousins.
Tommy was an amazing guy and I’m so sad he passed.

Tom was a great guy. It was a privilege to know him.

Tommy was one of a kind in that he didn’t have a bad thing to say about people and he had a genuine heart for others. He is someone to aspire to be more like. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
