Michael ''Mike'' Eugene Kirby, 68, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, February 2nd, 2026, at his home in Conway.
Mike was born on August 6th, 1957, to Eugene and Helen Kirby in Conway, Arkansas. He never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone. He was a vibrant storyteller who never missed an opportunity to recount the adventures of his life, from the birth of his children to the wild times of his youth to the many hikes he and his best friend took. Mike loved the outdoors, finding peace in nature, and sharing that love with his children and grandchildren. He cherished a good book, time with family, a crisp Diet Coke, and watching anything from old westerns to made-for-TV thrillers to White Christmas every Christmas Eve with his children and their families.
Mike is survived by his son, Jacob (Caitlin); daughter, Kara (Tanner); grandchildren (Keylea and Kameron); sister, Kathy (Stephen); brother, Timothy (Nancy); niece, Leslie; nephew, Eric (Ashlyn); great-nephew, Owen; as well as many cousins, friends, and other loved ones.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Helen Kirby; his best friend, Mark Milam; his granddaughter, Bowie Kirby; along with countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents.
A small memorial will be held for close friends and family. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made in Mike's memory to The American Heart Foundation.

Mom and myself just found out today that Mike had passed away. We are both sorry to hear this and were reminiscing about the camping trips to Heber and north fork and all the good times our families had together. He will surely be missed

We was sadden to hear about Mike. We are praying for all of you guys.

Wonderful memories of many times at the Kirby house!
One memory I shared with Kathy was how Mike and Tim could make good cinnamon toast in Aunt Helen’s old-fashioned toaster. Praying for you guys.
Love you guys!
