Like to express my condolences to the Human family for their loss. Sam was a man's, Man! He took care and provided for his family like a man should. When mom and I moved to west memphis without much material or worldly things, there was family that all stepped in big time to help her. Sutherland Human Hinkle and Holbrook families were there in more ways than one. On behalf of mom and myself thank you!!! Sam and Pat didn't treat me any differently than the 5 children they had. Spent lot time with um in early 70s. Sammy was a good cook and loved to sit and visit . A thank you or kind words doesn't really express the way your heart feels sometimes. We got to know a close each real well after Sam retired from fish market. He loved talking about his family and the achievements and accomplishments they made. Memories are just one of many blessings from God we have after loss of loved one. God be you All!!! 🙏

Sammy was very dear to my dad. Dad has always told me how hard Sammy worked and how much he loved his family. Sammy was a wonderful friend and will be missed!

Mr. Sammy was a good man. Always enjoyed our talks. He has assured me that when God calls him, he was ready to meet the LORD. He has a new body, free of pain, and with his LORD and SAVIOR and with his family.
