June 11, 1950 - January 15, 2026
Janette Richardson Fisk was born June 11, 1950, in Marshall to Fay and Shirley (Sutterfield) Richardson. She passed away January 15th, 2026, in Batesville, Arkansas. She joins her parents and her sister, Judy Ramsey, in heaven. Janette leaves behind her son, Lee Fisk; her brothers, Roger and Gary Richardson; her sisters, Doris Hamilton and Donna Moore, and a crowd of nieces and nephews.
She lived most of her life on her family's farm in Onia, raising her son and taking care of her mom. Janette graduated from Timbo high school, Ozarka College and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Janette was a bright blessing in our family. Throughout her life, she always kept her sense of childlike wonder. She loved kittens (and Granny's big mean house cat), old westerns on tv, and books with happy endings. She ensured that Granny could live out her life at home by always being right there. She was Lee's best cheerleader and biggest fan.
Janette had the best grin and the most infectious giggle. Nothing tickled 'Nette more than a short visit, especially if her visitor brought snacks, a pizza, or a dr pepper. She kept us warm with her crochet blankets and made simple things pretty with little touches of handmade lace. We already miss her.

Our prayers for your family are being sent to the Heavenly Father above! May he give you comfort during this time of grief 🙏🙏🙏❤️

Many, many fond memories of growing up with Jeannette and her family. Our family traveled to Onia several times a year to visit my dads parents (Jasper and Dona Richardson) and other family members in Timbo and Marshall. Jeannette's family was walking distance from grandma and grandpa so we were there more than at other relatives. We played in the small creek between the two houses and the much bigger Roasting Ear Creek behind their house. Good times. Fond memories. A great person. She will be missed.

A very special lady that I will miss. I've had many enjoyable visits with her and loved looking at her beautiful crocheted blankets. Prayers for her family during this sad time.

So sorry for your loss. We are praying for your family.
