It was with great sadness that we learned of the passing of our friend, Jim Shifflet. We came to know him through his dedicated involvement as a volunteer at Baptist Health Medical Center-LR and Parkway Health Center and he was world class. We will always fondly remember his sense of humor and devotion to University of Michigan athletics (including having their fight song as his telephone ring tone). Condolences to Susan, the Shifflet family and all who knew and loved Jim. Holding you all in the light.

Art and I were so sorry to learn of the passing of our brother in Christ, our kind and fun-loving friend. I never tired of teasing Jim about Big Blue Nation. He was a treasure.
