Delvis jones was born October 5, 1949, in Beedeville, Arkansas and died on January 5, 2026, in Fox, Arkansas at age 76.

He is proceeded in death by his parents Otis and Mildred Jones; brothers Doyle, JD, Sidney, Windell and James and sister Joyce Conyers; his first wife Georgeann; and grandson Jacob Kendrick.

Delvis was the seventh of eight children, leaving one surviving brother, Charles. The family moved to California when he was a child. There he met and married Georgeann Price, and had two children, Richie (Libby) Jones and Tamara (Donald) Cole. He moved his family back to Arkansas in the 1990's. He later married Lila which added another son, Danny (Jennifer) Kendrick and three daughters, Marcy Sims, Lisa (Chris) Parnell and Tammy (Eric) Perry to his family. Delvis was blessed with 20 grandchildren: Ellen, Alex, George, Amber, Ova, Cherry, Donald, Rachel, Jacob, Christian, Rainy, Michael, Ashley, Mackenzie, Taylor, Jordan, Kayla, Trevor, Dillon and Bailey; as well as 22 great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He and Lila were married for almost 30 years and lived in Fox, Arkansas at the time of his passing. They shared a love for woodworking, knife making, and many crafts.

Delvis was retired and his greatest joy in life was his love of God and sharing his faith with friends and family.

Delvis had cancer and peacefully passed in his sleep at home with family present as he met his Savior on January 5, 2026. There will be a graveside service at Houston Cemetery in Alix, Arkansas on January 17th at 1pm. Family and friends are welcome to attend.

Roller Crouch Funeral Home of Mountain View, Arkansas was in charge of these arrangements.

We loved Delvis he was a fun brother-in-law we enjoyed fishing and hunting frogging and crawdad hunting playing card games and just hanging out together he will be greatly missed, but we know we will see him again in heaven when we get there our prayers are with all the family, RICHIE, and Tamera their kids and with Lila and her family❤️❤️✝️
