Betty Schouweiler, 92, of North Little Rock, passed away December 31, 2025. She was born May 6, 1933, in Delaware, Arkansas to Cleveland Lowrey, Sr. and Jesse Lowrey.
Betty was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She worked for many years as a clerk at Kroger and was an avid baseball fan, especially of the Texas Rangers.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 53 years, Frank Ray Schouweiler; brother, Cleveland Lowrey, Jr.; and two sisters, Bobbsy Neumeier and Shirley Septer.
She is survived by daughter, Diana Shouweiler-Cohen (Steven) of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; son, Kevin Schouweiler (Rachel) of Sherwood; daughter, Shawn Schouweiler of North Little Rock; two sisters, Linda Carpenter of Fort Smith and Jerry Lavaugh Hild of Benton; three grandchildren, Haleigh Cohen, Madison Cohen, and Derek Schouweiler; four great-grandchildren, Caeden Schouweiler, Skyler Schouweiler, Hayden Schouweiler, and Landen Schouweiler; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Rosary will be said on Wednesday, January 7, at 5:30 p.m., with a visitation to follow till 7:00 p.m., at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd. North Little Rock.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, January 8, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1516 Parker St, North Little Rock, with Fr. Victor Rubén Quinteros, as Celebrant. Interment will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park.

I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother! I know that you are going to miss her greatly but she is in the best place, no more sickness and this would problems. you find comfort knowing she is now resting above! So glad you were able to be and take care of her in her last years!
