Linda Guthrie Cavette, age 72, of Marvell, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025, in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Linda was born on Saturday, October 10, 1953, in Helena, Arkansas to the late Howard Lawrence Guthrie and Lillian Reeves Guthrie. She worked for several years at the Marvell Clinic, where she performed clerical work. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Marvell.
Linda enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Hill (Ryan) of Bluffton, South Carolina; two grandchildren, Riley Hill and Rhodes Hill; and her brother, Lawrence Guthrie (Heather) of Wynne, Arkansas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Sharon Davis.
A graveside service will be held at 2PM Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena, Arkansas. Brother Marty Cantwell will officiate.
