Ravenel Horton, age 97 of Harrison, Arkansas passed from this earthly life on Wednesday, December 24th, 2025 at NARMC in Harrison, Arkansas. She was born in Marshall, Arkansas on December 31st, 1927 to W.A. ''Bill'' Morrison and Eve E. Horton Morrison. Ravenel was married to Silas A. ''Nick'' Horton before his passing in 2006.

Ravenel is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Eva Horton; her husband, Silas A. ''Nick'' Horton; one son, Barry Steven Horton; (full list in pending)

Funeral services for Ravenel will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 30th, 2025 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas. Visitation will be 1:00 till 2:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in Canaan cemetery where Ravenel will be laid to rest beside her husband, Silas ''Nick'' Horton.
