Christopher L. Keller

of Conway, AR

October 1, 1961 - December 22, 2025

Christopher Leonard Keller, 64, of Conway, AR passed peacefully on December 22, 2025. He was born in Anchorage, Alaska in 1961, the beloved son of Donald Leonard Keller and Charlene Graham Keller, and brother of Karen Keller Johnson Bateman. Everyone who met Chris was immediately struck by his beautiful smile and the ease with which he laughed, he took such pleasure in the world around him. And everyone who knew Chris knew that he loved and was fascinated by vehicles and machines, from the flying cars in Back to the Future to the planes taking off at the various Air Force bases where his father worked to the pontoon boat the family kept on Horseshoe Lake. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with and sharing these loves with his family.

Although Chris dealt with various health challenges throughout his life, he is remembered by his nurses and aids for his courage and tenacity, ''he's a fighter,'' many of them attest. Chris's family extends their deepest gratitude to his social worker Mikyla Reynolds, his physicians Dr. Lee and Dr. Woodard, and all the staff and nurses at Conway Human Development Center and Conway Regional Hospital for their care for Chris over the years.

Chris is preceded in death by his father, Donald, his sister, Karen, and his niece, Katie Johnson Eldridge. Remaining to cherish Chris's memory are his mother, Charlene, his nephew Drew Johnson and wife Hollis, his nephew Evan Quiroz and wife Rosemary, his niece Shelby Johnson and wife Sari, and his nephew-in-law David Eldridge. Chris will also be remembered by his great-nephews Alexander, Nate, and Nick, and his great-nieces Audrey and Ellie, as well as his many cousins and friends.

Chris's memorial service will be held at 2 PM on December 29, 2025, at Golden Oaks Senior Village in Stillwater, OK. For virtual attendance at his service, please contact Shelby Johnson at shelbyljohnson0731@gmail.com. Chris will be buried at Kuykendall Cemetery in Marshall, AR. Memorial donations in Chris's memory may be directed to Conway Human Development Center in Conway, AR or to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation. Cards and letters of condolence for Charlene Keller may be sent in care of her granddaughter Shelby Johnson to 4599 N. Washington St. 1C, Stillwater, OK 74075.

Chris and I were great friends. He would come to our class for coffee and socializing - even when it wasn’t his class time! He loved to go on tractor rides
with me driving and would request rides daily. Chris had loads of friends and
loved to flirt! Love you, buddy- you will be missed!

When I became a Graham, we would usually see Chris at family holidays.
He seemed to be happiest when we all gathered at the lake. He loved riding in the boat with his Uncle Rodgers who enjoyed seeing Chris smile and laugh. I know they are happy together now.
