Mr. Daniel Michelsen, age 59, of Lakeview, Arkansas, passed away Friday, December 19, 2025, in Lakeview.
Daniel was born on February 9, 1966, in Hinsdale, Illinois, to the late John and Patricia (Ruth) Marquardt. He made Lakeview his home and was a faithful member of Bethel Baptist Church, where he found fellowship and strength in his faith.
Daniel was known for his strong work ethic and his generous heart. When he was not at work, he could almost always be found mowing yards. What some might see as a chore, Daniel turned into a passion his favorite hobby and a way to serve others. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand and was always willing to do whatever he could for anyone in need. His kindness, humility, and willingness to serve left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
He is survived by his three brothers, James, Roger, and Mark, who will cherish his memory and the many moments they shared together.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Paul.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to honor and remember Daniel's life and the quiet but meaningful legacy he leaves behind.

Dan was our next door neighbor and always there to help us he also would give a Christmas card in person, recite the Christmas story and pray with us before Christmas.
