I will miss you Mr Tinkle more then you will ever know. Our weekly lunches for the past 15 years was the highlight of my week. I keep reaching for the phone to call you. May God bless you & I hope you & Jean are together once again .... goodbye my friend.

Mr. Tinkle was a joy to know, very bright and articulate, and very independent .He was so devoted to Jean , and loved the Lord. It was our privilege to have known him. Sharon and family, Rick and I pray God’s comfort for you. Annette and Rick Meador

Bob was our friend at church. We always sat with him on his pew. We found out he had worked and lived in Fordyce, AR. my home town so we had a lot of things to talk about. We also watched Dr. John Robbins sermons at Pulaski Heights Methodist Church and read his recent book. He gave Virgle two lapel pins, an American flag and a Razorback hog. We will miss having him to talk to.

I had the distinct privilege of knowing Mr. Tinkle in his final years. A storyteller like none other, we had common interests in LA (Lower Arkansas) and we richly recounted our experiences there.
I regret that I never had the chance to do business with him as a borrower, as he certainly would have been my kind of lender.
A man who believed in "clean business", he surely was one of the best.

I’m going to miss you, more than you know. You picked a bad time of year to let go. Ho’d de do.
