Betty Lou Fraim, age 99, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at her home surrounded by family. Betty was born on November 27, 1926, in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Lemuel Robert Reynolds and Marie Hanson Reynolds. She is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Fraim; two brothers, William C. Reynolds and Robert G. Reynolds, and one granddaughter, Melissa Kay Owen.
Betty graduated from Central High School in 1945 and went on to work for U.S. Engineers for many years before retiring from the early years of Miss Selma's Schools after 16 years. She was a long-time member of Pulaski Heights Baptist Church in Little Rock where she loved her church family.
Betty is survived by two daughters, Becky Owen (Paul) and Beth Dixon (Charles) both of Little Rock, Arkansas. In addition, she is survived by two grandchildren, Jeffrey Paul Owen (Kristin) and Katie Elizabeth Dixon and two great-grandchildren, Wesley Latham and Ellery Ray Owen.
A private graveside service will be held at Pinecrest Memorial Park with Lonny Dean Hicks officiating.
