Andrew ''AJ'' Straschinske, 77, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away on December 2, 2025. He was born to the late Alfred and Dora (Ritter) Straschinske in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on July 29, 1948. Andrew was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Alfred Straschinske.

Andrew loved his country and served for over 25 years in the United States Army. He retired as a Sergeant First Class Combat Engineer. This distinguished career led him to a love for guns and he enjoyed shooting them with his son and his brothers. Another past time Andrew enjoyed was going to sports bars and watching various ball games.

He leaves behind one son, Andrew Straschinske II and three brothers: Arlen (Donna) Straschinske, Alton (Carole) Straschinske and Arvid Straschinske.

Mr. Straschinske was always good to me everytime I was over visiting his son that he loved very much. RIP soldier. We all will see you again one day.

AJ was a good friend. Although we were not good as husband and wife we were better friends. He was a great guy and he will be missed by many. See you in the after life my friend. Love you! 🫶🏻
