Paul Ray Hindman, 78, of Tyronza, passed away at his home on November 30th, 2025. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee on August 3rd, 1947. Paul was raised in Tyronza and was a life-long resident. He served his community in various capacities in his lifetime, including the Tyronza Volunteer Fire Department, City Councilman, Stars & Stripes Committee, and the school's alumni committee.
Paul was a United States Army veteran and served his country in the Vietnam War. He had a long career with Goodyear Tire Company, working in Memphis, West Memphis, and Jonesboro. After retiring, Paul enjoyed his ''second career'' as a substitute teacher for several schools in Northeast Arkansas.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents: Hardin and Vera Hindman, and his sister Sandra Hood.
Surviving family includes his wife: Mary Hindman, two sons: Paul (Stacy) Hindman of Jonesboro and Kevin (Gina) Hindman of Lepanto, two daughters: Jennifer (Doug) Strickland of Paragould and Amanda McCorkle of Tyronza, one brother: Jim (Ellen) Hindman of Greenbrier, seven grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

The Hindman family and Paul was a part of our family. We grew up next door to each other. I will miss him and his calls to just check in and catch up. He was always upbeat and happy
