Breanna Buck Couch

of Jonesboro, AR

July 13, 1988 - November 15, 2025

Breanna Buck Couch, age 37, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at her home. Born on July 13, 1988, in Rector, Arkansas, Breanna grew up surrounded by family, friends, and the small-town warmth that shaped her gentle spirit. She attended Rector schools throughout her childhood before graduating from Arkansas State University, where she was a proud member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. She later completed her dental hygiene education at Concord College in Memphis and worked for years as a dental hygienist in Jonesboro.
Breanna moved with her husband, Derrick, to the Fort Walton Beach, FL, area during his service in the United States Air Force. She continued working as a dental hygienist during their time there. In 2022, they returned home to Jonesboro, where Breanna began her work as the Lead Integrations Coordinator for GPS Dental. Her coworkers, who loved her deeply and always treated her like family, were a source of great joy and pride for her.
Above all, Breanna's greatest happiness came from being Ava's mom. Every part of her life centered around making sure Ava felt loved, secure, and treasured. Whether they were coloring, crafting, riding the side-by-side at her parents' home in Rector, fishing, or simply curled up together at home, Breanna and Ava were inseparable. Their bond was truly sacred. Breanna and Derrick shared a marriage rooted in deep friendship and open communication. They were partners, teammates, and best friends, and their love for one another was evident to all who knew them.
Breanna had a close-knit circle of girlfriends who adored her and saw her as the center of their group. She was the kind of friend everyone longs for. Thoughtful, loyal, compassionate, and always ready with a warm smile or helping hand. She loved big and wholeheartedly and carried a gentle and kind spirit that made people feel safe, seen, and cherished. Breanna's light radiated effortlessly, and those who knew her often described her as a bright light.
Breanna is survived by her loving husband of 10 years, Derrick Couch, and their daughter, Ava, age 5. She is also survived by her father, Billy Buck, and stepmother, Ann Buck, as well as her mother, Debby Leake. Her sisters, Bailey (Dakota Jacobson) Buck, Cobi (Case) Watson, and Kendra Buck, and her brother, Canaan Farmer also survive her. She leaves behind her grandfather, also named Billy Buck, along with her nieces and nephews, Aspyn, Graydon, Blake, Aiden, Devon, Jay, Emmarie, Charleigh Kate, Mason, and Conner. Breanna is further survived by a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends and coworkers who were truly like family.

She was preceded in death by her nanny, Catherine Buck, her grandfather Harold Thacker, her nephew, Liam Buck, and a grandmother, Dana Woods.
Her legacy was love. She lived with kindness, humility, and a glowing warmth that made the world softer for those blessed to share life with her.
A celebration of Breanna's life will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 5-8pm at Roller Farmers Union Funeral Home (1900 W. Washington Ave. Jonesboro, AR 72401).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Breanna may contribute to a Future Fund for her daughter, Ava, created to ensure she receives every opportunity and experience her mother dreamed for her. Contributions may be made at Simmons Bank or https://gofund.me/0dde98e0f

My heart is deeply saddened by the loss of my cousin Breanna. I grew up with this family, and so many of my childhood/adulthood memories are filled with love, laughter, and moments we shared together. Breanna’s kindness, her smile, and the warmth she carried will never be forgotten.

To the entire family, please know that we are holding each of you close in our thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. I am grateful for the bond we’ve always had, and I hope you find comfort and strength in one another as you navigate the days ahead.

Breanna’s memory will forever live in our hearts.

With love and deepest sympathy from the Pickens Family❤️

I grew up spending nearly all my time with Bailey, and because of that, Breanna was a part of my world too. I always thought she was the most ethereal, graceful, effortlessly cool girl I had ever met. She was the kind of person you quietly admired. She kind, warm, and always so genuinely sweet to me. I still remember the little moments, like watching her get ready, the way she carried herself with such calm beauty, and how she made me feel seen and included.

Even in small moments, she made impressions that lasted a lifetime. She had a gentle magic about her and a softness and light that you didn’t forget.

My heart is with her little girl, with Bailey, her husband, and with everyone who loved her. She was special, and she will always be remembered with love.

I came to know Breanna through GPS, and from the very beginning she made a lasting impression. Even from miles away, she created an immediate sense of connection during our onboarding process. I greatly appreciated her kindness and patience. I looked forward to seeing her at the leadership events. It is rare to meet someone who makes others feel so welcome and at ease.

I am deeply sorry for everyone’s loss. She will be truly missed.

Breanna’s warm, welcoming spirit always made our friendship feel like so much more than just coworkers. I’m grateful for the moments we shared… popping into each other’s office to exchange pictures of our babies, catching up to share family stories and laughing over the chats and memes we sent back and forth. The priceless memories have been etched in my heart and I will forever cherish them…Forever my friend with love♥️
