Glenda was the dearest of friends. I will cherish the memories of many meals and road trips shared between my late husband, Billy Joe Kirkendoll, and her and Charles. They would spend hours telling stories, some real some a bit exaggerated and how we would laugh and remember loved ones fondly. Bill and I bought Jake Williams old homestead and she fondly remembered playing here as a child with her cousins. it is hard to see that most wonderful generation passing away. My heart is heavy with so much loss, but also full of gratitude to Our Dear Lord and Savior that I got to share so many years and have eternity to look forward to with Him and them also. Bless you Lord.

Glenda and I have been friends for many years and I was friends with her parents even before I knew her. I saw her not long ago and we had a good visit. Glenda was a very nice lady.

I remember Glenda as the gracious lady. She worked in town an so did I and we met often. She was so nice and always a lovely person to greet. I knew her mother, Luccille Sitton. She was a strong Democrat at the time and worked hard to elect H.G. as Circuit Judge for the 20th. We had so much fun. Glenda had a rich and deep spiritual life and I know she is resting in peace. Blessings and God's comfort to her family and all left who remember this lovely lady.

Although I lost contact with everyone after high school, I have fond memories of Glenda. She was always keeping us laughing and was a real class leader. I'll keep her family in my prayers.

I met Mrs. Glenda when her mother was in the Nursing Home. Glenda was THE SWEETEST lady. Her love for her parents, her God, and life was evident.
