Robert (Bob) Clyde Rife, age 85, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Born in Key, Ohio on May 9, 1940 to William Clyde and Dorothy Louise (Brooks) Rife. Bob married his grade school sweetheart, Saundra Joyce Kuzio and together raised two children, Tina and Chris, in Powhatan Point, Ohio. He served 4 years in the US Navy on the USS Fred T Berry (DD 858) and patrolled around the Mediterranean Sea. Bob was honorably discharged in May 1963 as a Machinist's Mate 2nd class.

Bob took pride in working with his hands on various projects. His creativity was seen in making improvements to his property, crafting muzzle loaders and refurbishing their houseboat, which he enjoyed with his family on the Ohio River. He loved fishing, gardening, panning for gold in the Colorado Mountains and spending time with his many beloved dogs. Bob found new hobbies later in life, such as setting up a large-scale train set in his ''man cave'', making various kinds of leather pouches and making jewelry for the ladies in the family.

Bob is survived by their daughter, Tina (Jeff) Barbee and their son, Christopher (Christina) Rife; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and sisters-in-law, Marian Dell (Thomas) Evener and Donna Kuzio. He is preceded in death by his devoted wife of 65 years, his parents and brothers-in-law, John Kuzio Jr. and Robert M. (Mary Kay) Homick.

Bob will be missed by those who knew and loved him.

There will be a private memorial. The family invites those who knew and loved Bob to remember him in their hearts.

Dad, I'll forever cherish the good memories we shared and the fun times we had through the years. I'm so greatful our relationship deepened over the last few years and were blessed as we became friends. I enjoyed spending a week at a time with you now and then keeping each other company, trading *jabs*, and just hanging out. I love you and miss you! Tina.

Bob’s obituary honors our brother-in-law for all his accomplishments and interesting hobbies. He was a creative person. His crafts showed his talent which he inherited from his Mom, Dorothy. Although his passing was very unexpected we are grateful it was a peaceful one. Bob will be missed by all his family and friends.
