Scott will be deeply missed, he was my mom’s neighbor and every time I stopped by and him and Maddy was in the yard he never missed an opportunity to speak or crack a joke. Although our conversations were fairly short, every last one of them ended with a smile. He was a great guy…

We are so sorry to hear about Scott. Prayers for your family! Liz Burns Glenn

Scott welcomed me to AutoZone back in 1998, we became fast friends along with a couple other guys at AutoZone, and became the Quad 4. These guys knew each other well but Scott was one of the primary guys to ensure I knew I was part of the team and group. I have always admired Scotts commitment to his boys, his work and his passions (Working out, Storm Chasing etc.). Scottt you will be missed each day, and I hope you know how loved you are by so many. Thank you Scott for being who you were. You made such a difference in so many of our lives. Rest easy my friend.

I knew Scott from working at Autozone. I worked closely with him during my 13 years there. He was a truly genuine friend and co-worker. His faith, and love for his family is what stands out to me. I will truly miss his friendship ! God bless his family ! My condolences and prayers are with all oy you !

May you rest in peace. You made an impact on those that were fortunate enough to have met you. I was lucky enough to to work with you and see the impact you had. God bless your family.

Randy and Joyce was so sorry to hear about your son Scott. Two of my children went to high school with Scott and remember him as the kind and friendly person he was.Praying for you and your family and that God bring you comfort in your loss.

“Blessed are those that mourned for they shall be comforted”. Scott will truly be missed. I met Scott at work and he was always upbeat, faithful and enjoyed talking about his boys.He was regimented in his work, faith and hitting the gym. I always admired that about him but I will miss his smile and his sense of humor, I am sure is at peace and knew he was loved.

At the end of each conversation he would say, do not tell them I said this or that. I do not want them to think I am getting soft, then he would smile. For all he did for us, for his boys, we are forever grateful, and we will miss him. His memory will not be forgotten for it will live on in his sons.

For all he did for us, for his boys, we are forever grateful, and we will miss him. His memory will not be forgotten for it will live on in his sons.

Scott Taylor will be remembered as a friend and a devoted father to Brandon, and Jacob, our grandsons. From the day he joined our family, he brought a sense of responsibility that touched my wife, Brenda, and myself. Brandon and Jacob were always at the center of his world. Whether it was attending to their needs, helping them with their life problems, or simply listening to their dreams and worries, he was ever-present and deeply involved in their lives. He kept us integrated into the boys’ lives by including us in the boys' activities and family events, making us feel as part of his family.

May God grant the family comfort, grace, and peace during this challenging time. Scott was a wonderful teammate and friend to me and many others. I had the great privilege of working with Scott during 2023-2024. He was always skilled, helpful and exemplified Customer Satisfaction.

Brandon and Jacob, I am truly sorry to hear the passing of your father. He was a great man and a dedicated father from what memories I have of us all growing up together. I am at a complete loss for words. My late husband, Jason McDonald and Scott used to chase storms together and worked at AutoZone. Scott and I kept in touch after Jason's death. Praying for his two boys and his family which he loved more than anything in this world, besides Jesus. God be with all of those impacted by such a tremendous loss.

Scott was a very good friend growing up. You rarely saw one of us without the other. There were a lot of long nights during the summer, staying up doing stuff with our Commodore 64 computers or playing Spotlight with the rest of the kids in the neighborhood. He was the kind of person that would always do something silly to make you laugh if you were having a bad day. He was the brother I never had, and will be missed terribly.

I am so sorry to hear of Scott’s passing. Scott was a best friend with my son Greg in school and college . I send prayers for you and family for peace and comfort during this time of loss. Blessings!

Jacob and Brandon, I am simply at a loss for words. Memories often help bring the best comfort.
There are many things to remember about your dad and our childhood in Casa Terra, but the most memorable thing about your dad is his love for Jesus and getting jacked!
I remember Mr. Scott humbling us boys on the weights with a little Christian music playing in the background.
It has always been evident that your dad loved you both very much. I know Mr. Scott will be greatly missed. Trust in Jesus just like your dad did. I am praying for you both in your time of loss.

Scott will be deeply missed, he was my mom’s neighbor and every time I stopped by and him and Maddy was in the yard he never missed an opportunity to speak or crack a joke. Although our conversations were fairly short, every last one of them ended with a smile. He was a great guy…

I was so sad to hear about Scott's passing! I've worked with him in IT for most of my 25 years at AutoZone, and the place I saw him most was in the gym at the Store Support Center. His fierce dedication to weightlifting and fitness inspired me and was surpassed only by his boundless good humor and wit. You'll be missed, old buddy!! Much love, and my deepest condolences to his family.

As I knew how Scott was loved by many friends and family, please keep our sons, Brandon and Jacob in your thoughts and prayers as we try to process this unexpected tragedy!

i worked with Scott and he was such a nice man and willing to help you learn and super knowledgeable . you will be missed.

So sorry for your loss. I know he will be missed.

There are no words, there are only Memories of a life ended much too short and a love that will never pass away.
We shall all meet again one day, at the great gathering and then our Lord will wipe away all tears and there shall be no more sorrow or pain.
Scott, you were always such a good friend and I know our Lord Jesus Christ was waiting with open arms, as he is for all those that have accepted him as 'Lord and Saviour'.

I worked with Scott up until I retired in 2019. I interfaced with Scott just about every day it seemed like. Scott was always helpful when I was stuck with a problem and helped me find a solution. I am very sorry for your loss because Scott was such a great person and friend.

Prayers and condolences to the family. One of my best friends through high school and college. Always up for an adventure, video games, or playing music. I have a lot of great memories of our antics together. Rest easy old friend, we will see you soon.

I’m absolutely devastated for the entire family. I love you all, and will miss Uncle Scott so much.

We are so sorry for your loss! Scott was a great guy! He was always smiling! And always listening to Klove on the radio. Sorry to hear about Scott. Prayers for Randy and Joyce and the family.

Scott, I pray that you’re resting in the arms of Jesus. You’re such a great man great attitude, great disposition always friendly. You’ll be missed around Auto Zone. I’ll always remember our last conversation I walked by your desk and I told you that you look like Elliot from Law and Order and you did nothing but laugh 🥲

I have no words!! Scott was a great friend and classmate. I always enjoyed our talks about photography. We went to East together and played in the band. He will be missed by sooo many people. RIP

I love him more than I can say. He made me laugh. He made me feel safe, which is incredibly hard to do. He was a loving, caring, empathetic, generous, good man with a huge heart. We loved, we joked, we played, we laughed, we fought (no relationship is perfect), then we loved each other more, and we had each other’s friendship for over 33or more years. The pandemic brought us closer than either of us ever imagined. And I know how much pain I’m in today. I feel so much pain for those who had him closer, longer. I hope and pray Brandon and Jacob know how deeply he loved them and was proud of his boys. I pray his mom and sisters know how much he loved and cared about them and their wellbeing. Next to God, his family was everything. Prayers for all of us as we learn to move forward.

I’m sorry for y’all’s loss. He was not just my neighbor but a friend as well. I will miss him.
