Sheila Juanita (Lee) Stipe, 67, of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025 in Paris. She was born on May 26, 1958 in Beaufort, South Carolina to her parents, Retired Marine Sargent Major Scott Eugene Lee and Faunell (Hopper) Lee.

Sheila was a dedicated CNA and worked at Paris Health and Rehabilitation Center, where she made many dear friends. She attended PRN Medical Services, where she received her Nursing Assistant Certification. She was passionate about firearms and shooting and had a love of animals, especially the many cats she befriended.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Stipe of Paris, Arkansas and previous husband, Doug Morton of Port Clinton, Ohio.

She is survived by two children: a daughter, Sally Alena Morton of Panama City Beach, Florida and son, Doug Jr. (wife, Jennifer) Morton of Panama City Beach, Florida; two brothers, Scott (wife, Michele) Lee, Jr. of Westminster, Colorado and Robert (wife, Kinsey) Lee of Colorado Springs, Colorado and one grandson, Khristopher Havens of Panama City, Florida.

Memorial donations in her name may be made to the Needy Paws Animal Shelter, 1040 E. Main Street Clarksville, Arkansas 72830.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

Sheila was hands down THE BEST CNA I ever worked with or met. She was an amazing human and will be severely missed and I am a better person for having known her. Just amazing.
