December 20, 1956 - October 17, 2025

Debra Kay Burdess, 68, of Little Rock, Arkansas went home to be with the Lord on October 17, 2025. Born on December 20, 1956 in Little Rock, Debra lived her life with faith, kindness and a deep love for her family.

She believed wholeheartedly in God and found her greatest joy in her children and grandchildren. Whether it was through laughter around the kitchen table or quiet moments of prayer and encouragement, Debra's love was the heart of her family. She had a gentle spirit, a giving heart and a way of making everyone feel seen and cared for.

Debra is preceded in death by her parents, Bryan and Thelma Clark; her brother, Robert Clark and her beloved grandson, Hunter Burdess. She is survived by her siblings, Denna (Keith) Shelton, Gary (Tish) Clark and William Lee Clark; her sister-in-law, June Clark; her children, Cody (Autumn) Burdess, Kayla (Robbie) Roberts and Cameron (Jessica) Burdess and her cherished grandchildren, Kenzie, Jayden, Miley, Chandler, Fisher, Natalie, Vanessa, Maddie, Alexis, JP and Christian.

A celebration of Debra's life will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Eagle Point Church, 11111 Geyer Springs Road, Little Rock, Arkansas. Family and friends are invited to join in honoring her memory and the love she shared so freely.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to CARTI in Debra's memory. Contributions can be made online at www.carti.com/foundation/give.

Though she is no longer with us, Debra's warmth, laughter and unwavering faith will continue to live on in all who knew and loved her.

Debbie was such a sweet person. She was a wonderful nana to Miley and Chandler. I enjoyed our visits and know she will be missed by many. There’s no doubt she is in heaven watching over her family.

Debbie was more than an Aunt to me, she was like a mom and best friend, all though my life growing up. She put up with allot from me as a child...l was just a tad spoiled...lol

Her smile was so big...it would light up a room and her laughter was so infectious....you couldn't help but laugh along with her...she loved to laugh😂

Family was everything to her...she lived and loved for her family. As a single mother she made sure her kids were taken care of...even it if ment her doing without. That's just what kind of person she was.

I am truly honored to have called her my Aunt and so blessed to have shared so many precious memories with her that I can hold dear to my ❤️
