Nancy Dow, 71, a resident of Clarksville passed away Saturday, October 4, 2025 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born June 19, 1954 to Ronald Dow and Jean Robbins in Massena, New York.
Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She was always a free spirit and will never be forgotten by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Dow; her mother, Jean Robbins and her brother, Robert Dow.
Nancy is survived by her husband of many years, Rick Luker; her sons, Paul Luker and his wife, Bobbi of Twin Falls, Idaho and Brian Luker of McGill, Nevada; six grandchildren, Keegan and Alyssa Luker, McKenzie and Dylan Wilkinson, Baylee and Ryan Ball, Destiny Luker, Brittion Luker and Kirsten Luker; two great-grandchildren, Waylon Luker and Layla Luker; two brothers, Dale Dow and Colin Dow; one sister, Penny Scarborough and many other family and friends.
Cremation arrangements are private under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home.

Aunt Nancy was a very loving strong-willed and free-spirited woman. She will be missed by so many people my prayers are with uncle David Paul and Brian. Love you guys rest in peace aunt Nancy.
