of Fairfield Bay, AR
August 4, 1945 - September 26, 2025
Timothy Wayne Marshall, age 80, of Greers Ferry, Arkansas, formerly of Fort Smith, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025. He was born on August 4, 1945 in Mount Vernon, Texas to the late Reverends Russell and Edna Marshall.
Tim is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, lovingly known to all as Miss Ruby of Greers Ferry; his son, Timothy Marshall, Jr. and wife, Terri; his daughters, Melissa Curry and husband, Todd and Patti Eversole and husband, Donald. He was the proud PaPa of Marshall (Brittney), MeKale (Matt), Rylee (Ben), Duncan (Lauren), Emylee, Bennett (Forrest), Colton (Alexandria), Shelby, Gavin and Lillee and the beloved great-PaPa of fifteen precious babies.
Tim was a dreamer who truly believed that with God, all things are possible. Over his lifetime he owned and operated several businesses, including ventures in manufacturing, insurance, real estate and construction. A perfectionist at heart, he had a special gift for making things look good and took pride in every project he touched.
Above all, Tim adored his wife. He was endlessly proud of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, never missing an opportunity to tell each of them how much he loved them.
Tim had a quick wit and a great sense of humor. As a young man he taught his son to hunt and fish and he taught his daughters to drive, though it was joked that because he was a bad driver, they ended up being bad drivers too.
His family takes comfort in knowing he is now in the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Tim faced the last decade of his life with courage, battling both Alzheimer's and pancreatic cancer, while never losing his humor or his faith.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Kendall Cemetery in Coal Hill under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home of Clarksville.
Memorials may be made to the Methodist Village Senior Living Foundation, 7425 Euper Lane, Fort Smith, AR.

So thankful Uncle Tim is no longer in pain and in the arms of his Lord and Savior. Much love and prayers for Aunt Ruby and the family.

We are very sorry for the loss of Mr. Marshall. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My dear brother, you will be terribly missed. Love you

Our condolences to the entire Marshall family. Tim was a great neighbor and we enjoyed his sense of humor in which he shared regularly even though he wasn't feeling the best. He will be missed--cherish the memories!!
