Cathy Lynn Wagner, 66, of Van Buren, Arkansas passed away on Friday, September 19, 2025 in Van Buren. She was born on October 9, 1958 in Danville, Arkansas to her parents, Elmo and Lois Louise (Ellis) Cox.
Cathy was a retired surgical nurse from St. Mary's Hospital in Russellville.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two granddaughters, Mackenzie Arthur and Maddie Arthur.
She is survived by her husband of 15 years, James Wagner of Van Buren; one daughter, Brittany Arthur and husband, J. of Scranton; two sons, Shane Pfeiffer of Paris and Wolfgang Wagner of Van Buren; two sisters, Patrica Harrison of Grayson, Louisiana and Paula Liles of Scranton; three brothers, Spencer Cox and wife, Sandra of Scranton, Eugene Cox of Charleston and Mike Cox and wife, Pam of Clarksville and one grandson, Jase Arthur of Scranton.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at First Baptist Church of Scranton officiated by Rev. Colby Hankins. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
