of Maumelle, AR
November 5, 1943 - September 20, 2025
Beth M. Glover, 81, of Maumelle went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
She was born on November 5, 1943 in Monticello, Arkansas. Beth accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at a young age and was a faithful member of Central Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
She was preceded in death by her parents and six half-siblings.
Beth was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. During her daughters' childhood, she was a loving stay-at-home mom who enjoyed being involved in all aspects of her daughter's lives, whether it was being at church whenever the doors were opened or spending evenings at the ball field. Later, she found immense joy and purpose in helping raise her only grandson, CJ, and cherished her special role as his ''Meme''. She loved family trips to the lake and the beach, creating lasting memories with those she held dear.
Gifted with talented hands and a generous heart, Beth loved to sew, crochet and quilt. Over the past decade, she poured her creativity into making hundreds of handmade items such as hats, dresses, craft jars, sewing kits and fishing kits for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. In her later years, she enjoyed traveling with her husband and friends on bus tours across the country, gathering with quilting and crocheting groups and tending to her beautiful flower beds with her well-known green thumb.
Beth is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Larry Glover of Maumelle; two daughters, Sheila Baker (Terrell) of El Dorado and Stacy Wetherington (Chad) of Maumelle and one treasured grandson who was the light of her life, CJ Reed (Rickelle) of Conway. She is also survived by two sisters, Bobbie Jeffers of Philip, Mississippi and Judy Hewitt of Monticello; a brother, Wendell Murphy (Becky) of Louisville, Kentucky; an aunt, Ilene Masters of Tucson, Arizona; a sister-in-law, Sue Collins of North Little Rock; numerous nieces and nephews and her special pet turtle, ''Little Buddy''.
Visitation will be held Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Roller-Owens Funeral Home in North Little Rock. A Celebration of Life will follow on Friday, September 26th at 11:00 a.m. at Riverwood Memorial Gardens in Maumelle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan's Purse.
