Mrs. Laverne Della Collins, 90, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025 in Flippin. She was born on October 28, 1934 in Mountain Home to Walter and Della (Taylor) Douglas. She was married to Guy Collins for 60 years. She was a kind and generous Christian who loved her family and traveling with her husband.
Laverne is survived by three children: Linda Cagle, Judy Pratt and Ricky Collins (Jolana); 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two sisters, Lois and Joann and brother, Bryan.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Douglas Cemetery with grandsons, Jeff, Tim and Dylan Harrington, Chris and Matt Collins, Michael Cagle and nephew, Rob Collins as pallbearers.

I have fond memories of Guy and Laverne. Some of them as a kid, but most of them were through dad and how he and Guy and Laverne would travel together to casinos and sight seeing. My heart goes out to the family. She was a really sweet lady and will be missed.

We are so sorry for the loss of your loved one, Laverne. We were neighbors of Guy and Laverne many years ago when we lived in Sylvan Meadows subdivision. They were such wonderful people.

My Auntie is now at peace, God love her. She was most special to me. I will miss her so much but know she is in a better place.
To all of my family my heart goes out to all of you. She so much appreciated all the care you gave to her. Her last words to me were about her kids.

Sweet, Beloved family member, you will be missed! We have many fun memories of hanging out with Guy & Laverne. I can see them both laughing and Guy being the reason we were all laughing.
