T J Nantz

of Pangburn, AR

October 10, 1984 - September 14, 2025

TJ Nantz, 40, of Pangburn, Arkansas went to his new home with his Heavenly father on Sunday, September 14, 2025 in Parkin, Arkansas. He was born in Searcy, Arkansas on October 10, 1984 to Timothy Lynn Nantz and Paula Karen Cathey Nantz Linn.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, D B and Mary Nantz and his maternal grandmother, Frankie ''Nanny'' Rackley. He is survived by the love of his life, Rachel Gwen Pasley Nantz; one son, Trent Nantz and one daughter, Trinity Nantz all of Pangburn, AR; three sisters, Mandy (Whitney) Vaughn, Tabby Nantz and Tiffany (Will) Stejskal; five brothers, Chase Scarbrough, Christopher Nantz, Christian Nantz, Chase Linn and Zane Linn; along with his nieces and nephews and many other extended family and friends.

TJ and Rachel met in the nineth grade when he moved to Pangburn and their love story began. They were together in this life longer than they were apart. In his short life, he worked and made a great name for himself. He was an amazing husband and father and in the trucking world, he was referred to as a legend! TJ loved what he did and what it enabled him to do for his family and many others. He was just that and more. His family began with his wife and kids, but it extended to his trucking family also, who meant the world to him. He did not stop there because his church family was filled with many special friends.

He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He not only planned for today, but he looked to the future for him and his family. He planned for the future with his family by his side and he was never afraid to share with anyone what someday his new address would be. He wanted his family taken care of and to be able to enjoy life. He was mischievous, hilarious, big hearted and passionate about many things and he lived that. His faith was strong and he would share it with anyone who would listen. He saw himself as a "Victory In Jesus".

Services for TJ will be on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at the New Life Church in Searcy, Arkansas with Visitation at 1:00 PM followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Henderson Cemetery in Pangburn, Arkansas. All services are under the direction of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, Searcy.

This don’t happen often but I’m at a loss for words. I had known of TJ for several years but it wasn’t till I bought Ivee from you guys that I talked to him and sparked a friendship. We would send messages, videos and memes on messenger to each other pretty often. He had an awesome sense of humor. I always enjoyed his post on Facebook giving his wife and kids a hard time about something. You could tell he loved his family and loved making them laugh. Prayers for his wife and kids and the rest of his family.

TJ was one of a kind. Every time we talked, he never failed to talk about his family. His love for them was easily seen. I’m going to miss his mischievous smile and unending humor. I am sincerely distraught by this sudden loss. My prayers for his family are offered up continually. Rest well, my friend.

We are so sorry to hear of TJ’s passing but also rejoice with you that he is home with his Heavenly Father. TJ was one of my favorite drivers that came into our shop. He was always happy & smiling. Your family will be in our prayers during the dark valley ahead. Please know that we at CMT Truck and Trailer are here for you. Please call on us if we can help in any way. God Bless 🙏

TJ was one of a kind from the very beginning. One of my favorite baby photos is of us together laying side by side on a blanket. We were the same age but TJ was at least 2 times bigger than me. He always towered over me my entire childhood. I remember as a child he was always up to something and usually something funny. He always had a smile on his face. I cherish the memories of running between our houses and Mema and Pepas with the rest of the cousins. I have loved getting to see his social media posts over the years of his family and kids growing up. It doesn’t surprise me at all that he was such a wonderful man. I’m proud of all that he accomplished and can’t wait to see him in the redeemed heaven and earth one day. Praying for the whole family as they grieve. With lots of love!

The kind of love TJ and Rachel have is what we should all strive for. I’m going to miss giggling at their tit for tat back and forth picking fun at each other on Facebook. TJ would’ve gave the shirt off his back if someone needed it. Who’s gonna enjoy the snow cones on the sidewalks during the Pangburn 4th of July Celebration now Someone will have to pick up that torch!

I pray for the kind of comfort and peace that only God can provide for all his family and friends.

I have known Tj for a number of years. Very hard to think I am writing a memory of him! He should be doing this for me. Made me proud to know he called me Nana since there was no blood kin! He will be so missed. His personality was so funny and he could make you laugh! My prayers are with his precious family!!!

Rachel - I’m so sorry for your loss, but I’m happy for TJ!! There’s no better place to be than in Heaven and I’m glad he was prepared to go there. But it’s hard to be without him here! So I’ll be praying for you and your family that God always gives all of you what you need to handle the funeral and how to go on without him. And, if I can ever do anything for you, please know I will. Love you!!
