Billy Joe Higgins, 84, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2025 in West Memphis, Arkansas. He was born May 12, 1941 to Bill Higgins and Ruth Anderson Higgins in Marianna, Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Sims Higgins of the home; one son, William Taylor (Tina) of Tupelo, Mississippi; two daughters, Sandy Higgins of Rogers, Arkansas, Susie Snowden Vickers of Russellville, Arkansas; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Hugh Higgins (Glenda) and Frank Higgins (Janice); one sister, Debbie Ruth (Ricky Graham) and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Charlie Higgins; three sisters, Cleo Clark, Lawanda Gosha and Dianne White and five brothers, Harry Williams, Jim Higgins, Arthur Higgins, Jack Higgins and Eddie Higgins.
Mr. Higgins was a paint contractor. He was also a member of The Church of God.
Pallbearers will be Scott Higgins, Mike Snowden, Branon Higgins, Michael Wayne Snowden, Billy Joe Sims and Jonathan Fisher.
Funeral services for Mr. Billy Higgins will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna, Arkansas. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services.
