Kristy Cox, a devoted mother and faithful follower of Christ, passed away on June 3, 2025, at the age of 48 in Conway, Arkansas, after a courageous battle with cancer, fighting with remarkable strength until the very end. Born on September 22, 1976, in Little Rock, Arkansas, Kristy lived a life defined by her boundless love for her family, friends, and her Savior.
Kristy's greatest joy was her three children, Brandon Cox, Brianna Cox, and Zachary Cox, to whom she dedicated her life. She cherished every moment spent with them, creating memories that will endure forever. Her deep faith in Christ guided her life, giving her strength and inspiring those around her. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Cox, her mother, Zule Yvonne Harper, and her father, Billy Robbins. Kristy is survived by her beloved children, Brandon Cox, Brianna Cox, and Zachary Cox; her sister, Lisa Spann; her nieces, Harleigh Robbins and Alex Spann; her many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her best friend, Geneva King.
A lifelong Arkansan with roots in Little Rock and a home in Conway, Kristy found solace in reading, a passion that enriched her days. Her true calling, however, was the love and support she poured into her children's lives. She was cherished among her friends and family for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering resilience.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the GoFundMe established to support Kristy's funeral expenses: https://www.gofundme.com/f/aid-for-kristy-coxs-funeral-expenses.
Kristy's love, devotion, faith in Christ, and fighting spirit will live on in the hearts of her children, family, and friends.
