Catherine Sue McDaniel Sanders, age 71, of Marsena, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, June 29th, 2025. She was born in Marshall, Arkansas on September 15th, 1953 to Taft McDaniel and Una Honeycutt McDaniel. Catherine lived at home and cared for her parents until their death. On June 12th, 1998 she married Bobby W. Sanders. They recently celebrated 27 years of marriage.

Catherine was a member of the Pleasant Grove Church. She was a strong Christian lady who lived her life for her Savior. She graduated from Snowball High School in 1971. Catherine enjoyed working on the family farm and being a housewife. She will be remembered as a very kind and caring person.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby W. Sanders of the home; nephews that she considered her own, Ronnie McDaniel (Jeannie), Gary McDaniel and Charles McDaniel (Trish) all of Snowball; sister-in-law, Mary Sanders Stewart of Berryville; special cousin, Jan Gray of Harriet; great nieces and nephew, Kala Padilla (Steve), Sarah Rooney (Steve) and Garan ''Moose'' McDaniel (Lindsay); great-great nieces and nephews, Ethan Rooney (Laura), Emma Rooney and Timber McDaniel; great-great-great niece and nephew, Bo and Bristol Rooney and many extended family and friends who will also mourn her passing.

Catherine is preceded in death by her parents, Taft and Una McDaniel; one brother, Herbert McDaniel and his wife, Janice and special aunt, Corrine Blair and her husband, Alton.

Funeral services for Catherine will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Shane Horton officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Marsena. Bearers will be Ronnie McDaniel, Gary McDaniel, Charles McDaniel, Steve Padilla, Steve Rooney, Garan ''Moose'' McDaniel, David Smith and Rob Woods.

I will miss her smile the most. As a child and adult I loved visiting Aunt Una and Uncle Taft's. Catherine always wanted to know what was going on in my life and our children's lives. She was a very genuine and special person. I will miss you very much sweet cousin. 🥺❤️
