She wore many hats. One of her favorite hobbies were flower gardening, sewing, embroidery and many crafts. Toots was also an avid Razorback and St Louis Cardinal fan. She was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church and loved her Sunday School class.
Toots ''The Cake Lady' was loved by all who knew her. She made many, many cakes for 2 to 3 generations of family. She was always doing it for others because being selfless was what made her happy. Her happiest times, though, were following her children and grandchildren to as many sporting events and activities as she could manage and getting a ride too. She was everyone's biggest fan.

Ms. Pat was such a precious lady. I knew her as a member of our Sunday School class. She sure loved her family, and never failed to express how much she appreciated the love her family showed for her and how much she appreciated their care for her. She would often remark how wonderful they were about "checking on her" as she would say. She did love our class, and we certainly loved her too! May the Lord give you comfort in your loss and the peace of knowing she is with the Lord she loved.
Gailia and I are praying for the Simpson family during this time of loss. Pat will be missed.

Greg and Melissa I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. I got her to do a few cakes for us. She was good at cake decorating, sewing and cooking. I know you both have
good memories of her baking cakes and running the bed and breakfast. I think she could do anything she set her mind to do. Love to all of you.
