Mr. Elmer McFarland, 80, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025 in Mountain Home. He was born on February 15, 1945 in Mountain Home to Lawrence ''Bud'' and Edith (Strain) McFarland. He was a lifelong bulldozer operator who enjoyed hunting, fishing, whittling, mowing and telling stories.
Elmer is survived by four sons, Jimmy McFarland, Stephen McFarland, Donnie McFarland (Christine) and Timothy McFarland (Jessica); seven grandchildren, Austin, Autumn, Brooke, Dakota, Bailey, Trey and Jakob; three great-grandchildren, Cameron, Arya and River and sister, Namoa Moody. He was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings, Ray, Jesse, Robert Lynn and Rosie.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Roller Funeral Home.
