Marilyn Joyce Jacimore Carrico, 87, of Little Rock, passed away on June 14, 2025, after a battle with cancer.

Marilyn was born to Joseph and Lillie Jacimore in Russellville, Arkansas. After graduating from Russellville High School in 1954, she went on to study at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Medical Technology School. After graduation, she worked as a med tech and became a licensed real estate agent in Little Rock. She met John David Carrico, M.D., and they wed in 1959, going on to have three children, John Carrico, Robert Carrico and Rene Carrico Nauman.

After retiring, she enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening, antiquing, shopping and traveling with her sister-in-law, Margaret. Later, she spent countless hours sitting in her garden and drinking coffee with her companion Gary.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and two brothers, Robert Jacimore and William Jacimore. She is survived by her loving companion of 18 years, Gary Keeter of Benton, children John (Pam) of Little Rock, Robert (Stacy) of Fayetteville, and Rene of Little Rock; grandchildren Libby Carrico Hansen, Trip Carrico, Georgie Carrico Houser, Alex Nauman, Lala Nauman, Kailey Carrico; three great grandchildren; brother Larry (Christa) Jacimore of Little Rock; and stepson Wade Keeter (Ryan) of Benton.

Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. on Monday, June 16, 2025, including rosary, at 6:30 p.m. at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, AR 72223. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 2500 South Knoxville Avenue, in Russellville 72802

The family would like to offer its sincerest appreciation to Gentiva Hospice and Right at Home for their compassionate care. They would also like to thank Dr. Middleton and the staff of CARTI for their excellent care and support.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts or a charity of your choice.
