Hal was not only a great brother-in-law, but a wonderful person all around. He was a man of love, faith and service. His dedication and love for my sister, his commitment to God, and his years of service in the Army showed the depth of his character. He was always willing to lend a hand and offer his support, and I will forever be grateful for that. He will be deeply missed. My thoughts are with my sister and the entire family during this difficult time.
