Joyce and I were either second cousins or first cousins once removed as our dad’s were first cousins, but I only got to know her after joining Antioch over 30 years ago. She was always so sweet and funny! I’d heard about my “Conway cousins”, Marion and Grace, my whole life, but I only got to meet them one time on an impromptu trip to Conway to check out the town. I was considering UCA for college. That trip and the decision to go to UCA set the trajectory for the rest of my life, including having the pleasure of meeting Joyce. She was always so sweet and faithful to the Lord. Can you imagine the Q reunion that’s happening in Heaven Eric, Kenneth, Bryant, and Stanley, I’m so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Joyce fondly.

We have gone to church with Joyce at Antioch Baptist Church for almost fifty years. She was a faithful member of the church as were her parents before her. Prayers for Eric and family. Rest in Peace Joyce.

We loved Joyce, enjoyed spending time with her. Taking her to church, and to lunch afterwards with her was a blessing. We are grateful the Lord allowed us to know Joyce. Thankful she is with her Lord for Easter. Praying for Eric, and the family. May Gods comfort be with you all

Joyce, I’ll miss you dearly! The best of friends for over 40 years. Eventhough the miles kept us apart we were able to laugh on the phone. You were the most faithful Christian I had ever known. I miss you and will keep in touch with Eric!

To Joyce's family: So sorry for your loss. Joyce and I were classmates and graduated together in 1960. I had not seen her in a very long time. She was always a very kind person. I pray for comfort for your family.
